Participating artists come from all over the Western Pa. area. Students from local high schools are invited to enter. Norwin, Hempfield, Penn Trafford and Yough School Districts are sent letters asking for interested students' addresses.

Norwin Art League members may submit unframed pieces as well to sell at the Art Mart during the exhibit with only a 10% commission to the Art League. We also ask our members to demonstrate on a painting during the exhibit; all mediums are acceptable. The artist may show two other pieces for sale while he is demonstrating painting. We usually keep a schedule for the demonstrating artists and feature one at a time.

The Norwin Art League classes make me more appreciative of all things in nature, thus creating a love and respect for the beauty of life. This is especially important in the world at this time when one sees so much war and destruction.
