holds two annual art exhibits that have
become well known in the area for their
excellence in showcasing our local artists.
Members are encouraged to participate in the
competition and to offer their work for sale
if they wish to do so.

35th Annual Exhibit

Highlands Clubhouse

download a copy of the 35th annual
exhibit.
Rules
All pictures must be framed and wired for
hanging. Exception: Paintings on 1-1/2" or
thicker "gallery canvasses" need not be
framed, but must be wired for hanging.
Gallery canvasses accepted only with
properly finished edges. Screw eyes must be
no lower than 6 inches from top of frame.
Size of picture with frame must not exceed
42 inches in width or length. Watercolors,
pastels, graphics, photographs, and batiks
must be framed and under glass for
protection.
Entry Fees
This fee is the same if you have one
piece or two pieces of artwork. $25 Standard
fee; $20 Norwin Art League Member in good
standing in 2009; $10 High School Student.
Protection
Every effort will be made to safeguard
pictures, but the Norwin Art League and
Redstone will not assume responsibility for
loss or damage.
Work Received
Wednesday, September 9, 2009, from
10:00AM to 8:00 PM at Redstone Highlands
Clubhouse. Redstone Dr. North Huntingdon.
Removal of Work
Pictures must be picked up at Redstone
Highlands Clubhouse after close of the
exhibit on Sunday evening, September 13
after 6:00 PM and no later than 7:00 PM. NOT
BEFORE PLEASE ! THERE WILL BE A $10 FEE FOR
PAINTINGS THE ART LEAGUE MUST RETURN FROM
THE SHOW.
Sales
The Norwin Art League will handle all
sales and retain 20% of such sales. Mark
entries NFS if you do not wish to sell your
painting.
