This is unlike any other class at the Norwin Art League!  Each week, Stephen will teach you some of the techniques he uses to paint more expressively through a series of in-class demonstrations, exercises and activities.

As a participant in this class, you can expect to create at least one small painting each week from a variety of subject matter ranging from still lifes to landscapes, with the intention of finding your own unique style.  This class is for anyone who is interested in learning how to paint more freely, and is open to all skill levels!

You are encouraged to bring the following to each class: A small sketchbook, black marker, oil paints, brushes and a canvas of at least 8×10.  The focus of each class will vary slightly from week to week, so bring what you have with regards to paint colors.  If needed, supplemental supplies can be purchased at the Norwin Art League prior to class. The instructor also will have limited quantities available for those that forget or cannot afford to purchase their own.

Use the class registration form to enroll. New registrations will be accepted and notified if there is room in the class.
